Responsibilities: • Compile each client's financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations • Customize financial plans for each client base don potential life changes and changing financial needs • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients • Track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given • Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects • Develop and provide financial advice and strategies that are still suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field • Life & Health Insurance license, Series 7, and Series 66 are required within 6 months of hire • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulation is desired • If you have experience in Athletics, Sales, Military, or Real Estate, you are aligned with our top advisors About Company: The Piedmont Group is a young and agile financial services firm and a general agency of MassMutual.
