Job description
Dental Hygienist
We are seeking a Dental Hygienist for a full-time and 100% outpatient-focused opportunity in Harrisburg, PA! Our organization is focused on helping individuals live longer, feel more energized, and maintain independence for as long as possible.
The Dental Hygienist Provides basic routine dental hygienist services under the supervision of a Dental Provider. The patient population includes all age groups with varied dental hygiene histories and dental treatments.
Compensation Package:
- Up to $85,000 Yearly (Depending On Experience)

Requirements:
- Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (if you finish early you can go home)
- No Weekends, No Late Nights, and No Holidays
- Current and Active Pennsylvania RDH License
- Seeing 8 to 12 Patients Per Day Patients Per Day
- Passion for Working with Those In the Local Community
- CPR Certification
- Must be able to work in a community-based clinical environment and rotate to a School-Based setting
Responsibilities:
- Delivers direct patient care to patients as assigned, using established dental hygienist procedures; performs routine treatment procedures, such as cleaning, polishing, x-rays, application of sealants and fluorides, takes panorex, bitewings and periapical x-rays, and other procedures are required.
- Screening to identify and classify dental needs.
- Develops and implements individualized dental care plans for patients; performs patient education, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching under the supervision of a qualified dentist.
- Assesses dental condition and needs of the patient; uses patient screening procedures, including medical history review, dental charting, and periodontal charting; takes patient vital signs as required.
- Documents dental history or chief complaint; records and reports pertinent observations and patient reactions to dental staff, as appropriate; documents lab procedures and ensures follow-up on results;
