Scheduling Assistant

Chileda's mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with cognitive and behavior challenges. Chileda's goal is to help students increase their appropriate social behaviors and develop independent living skills, through an enriched learning environment and individualized behavior programming. We are now accepting applications for a Scheduling Assistant.

Summary: The scheduling department is responsible for ensuring adequate staff-to-student scheduling across all shifts. The Scheduling Assistant works to ensure that data entry and support tasks are accomplished. The Scheduling Assistant will complete processes so staff are scheduled and aware of trainings required, schedules are updated with approved changes, and assist in organizing information to help the Scheduling Coordinator and Department Managers and Directors make informed decisions regarding staffing and hiring.

Status Info: Part-time, 10 hours per week. Days and times may vary based upon need and availability.

Skills: Exceptional organization, clear written and oral communication, ability to work as a team and independently, proficient use of Microsoft Office and ability to learn scheduling software.

Job Duties Include:

Education Requirements: Must be 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalency.
