Position: Senior Forecast Analyst

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Forecast Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of driving financial and data modeling, forecasting, and revenue projections for various functional areas. Your role will be crucial in developing innovative methodologies, reports, and analytical models that contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive analysis and recommendations for the RFP process, contributing to the purposeful growth of our business.
Lead the development and implementation of financial modeling changes, enhancing accuracy.
Collaborate with management and senior leadership, offering insights and troubleshooting data analysis and forecasting challenges.
Create, enhance, and maintain diverse forecasts and financial models, providing strategic recommendations based on thorough analysis.
Mentor and coach junior analysts, playing a pivotal role in their professional development.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math, Economics, or related field (equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience considered).
5 years of experience in detailed analytical work in financial, insurance, pharmacy benefits management, reporting & analytics, benefits consulting, healthcare industries, or a related field.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications:

Ability to work independently with precision and attention to detail, meeting deadlines consistently.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with senior leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or database programming environments.
Demonstrated organizational skills, balancing multiple projects and meeting competing deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships with internal clients.
Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive analysis and modeling experience with pharmacy, medical, insurance, and/or financial data.
Experience using SAS Enterprise Guide, SQL, or other related database programming environments.
Salesforce experience.
Previous work experience with model creation and maintenance.
