The LAS Student Academic Affairs Office (SAAO) supports the academic, personal, and professional development of every student. Through collaborations across academic advising, academic achievement program, career services, first year experience program, honors program, and international programs, we support students, promote inclusive dialogue, recognize diverse experiences, and encourage them to design experiences that enable their success.

Job Summary
The coordinator will assist primarily in LAS college recruitment and admissions activities, including application reviews specializing in U.S. and international transfer reviews, and advising and registration of pre-enrolled/new transfer students, and recruitment event support.

Appointment Information


The unit is searching for two 100% full-time Civil Service 2753 - Admissions and Records Associate positions, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the deadline date. The target salary for this position is $49,000. Final salary offered will be determined by a thorough assessment of available market data, internal salary equity, candidate experience and qualifications, collective bargaining agreements, and budget constraints.


Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
