Job description
We are seeking an Entry-Level Graphic Designer that is a quick learner, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and be able to thrive in a production environment. Your attention to detail in creating professional-looking graphics and labels will contribute to the overall success of our projects. In this role, we are specifically looking for an individual with a strong emphasis on execution, as the focus is less on creativity and more on efficient implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for creating imagery, layouts and copy for labels
Take accountability for the accurate production of labels, ensuring they meet quality standards
Work closely with senior designers to revise and enhance existing graphic materials
Implement changes to design elements based on feedback and project requirements
Review final copy, layouts and content in print and digital form

Ensure details such as resolution, color, size, and production values meet specified standards
Scale and crop, retouch, change layout and eliminate redundancy in copy
Understanding of basic design elements such as perspective, typography, color schemes, and layout/tone.
Ability to multitask with a strong emphasis put on organization and time management
Conduct thorough reviews of design work to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
