Description

Reports to: Principal

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

-Be a role model for the students
-assist classroom teachers with learning
-perform duties asked by teachers
-tasks may include small group instruction, student supervision, one-on-one instruction, cleaning, supervising lunch and recess, and walking students to classes/specials/extended care
-open to building positive and supportive relationships with co-workers and school families

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Christian role model
-High level of professionalism
-High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
-Working understanding of the Catholic Church or willingness to learn
-Positive and collaborative attitude
-Self-motivated
-Able to follow directions and receive supportive feedback

Education and Experience
-High school diploma or higher education
-Previous experience in working with children is preferred but not required
-Safe environment trained or willing to complete the course
