Are you interested in a versatile role with leadership opportunities? We’re hiring a professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, making travel arrangements, helping with organizing several companies all at one time, attending meetings, keeping the boss's hair from starting on fire, overseeing hiring and staff, conducting research, managing a team of VA's and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Job seekers should love planning, organizing, and diving head-first into new challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks
- Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties
- Be the main point of contact for high-level executive
- Work with an executive to prepare for meetings and record minutes
Qualifications:
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
- At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
