Job description

We are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of all restaurant staff during their assigned shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the activities of all restaurant staff during their assigned shift
  
• Ensure that all employees are providing excellent customer service and adhering to company standards
  
• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  
• Ensure that all food and drinks are prepared to company specifications and standards
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a restaurant environment
  
• Excellent customer service skills
  
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
  
• Strong leadership skills
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to work rotating weekends
