THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our service professionals play a vital role in supporting our clients with day-to-day account management, claims management, and underwriting services that ensure they have what they need to protect what matters most. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry's top talent to help guide and support our customer's needs and provide them with innovative insurance solutions.
This role supports a top/premier Producer whose book consists of very large and complex accounts (account revenue = $100,000+).
What You Get To Do:
Manage the entire account service process
Review applications, renewal requests to determine marketing strategy
Market to carriers and negotiates rates and terms
Prepare quotes and proposals
Review/oversee policies, processes endorsements/certificates/MVRs/Loss Runs/ID cards, as necessary
Bind policies
Manage audits, as necessary
Coordinate premium financing, as necessary
Collaborate/ assist the Producer with client meetings, strategy sessions
May oversee and direct more junior-level team members

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE.
10+ years of related commercial insurance experience servicing large, complex accounts
HS diploma or GED / college strongly preferred
A solid understanding of the commercial insurance market
Experience with accounts with multiple locations, multiple lines of coverage and are highly active
A deep understanding of insuring specific exposure
Active insurance license (in good standing)
Effective interactions with all levels within and outside of the organization to ensure clients' coverage needs are met
Computer proficiency with MSOS, Outlook, agency management systems (Epic preferred)
Demonstrated Excel proficiency with building workbooks/worksheets to properly track/calculate premium allocations (multiple locations), billing summaries (multiple policies), etc.
Effective “soft skills”: efficient time management, organization, customer service, high initiative, team-oriented and high attention to detail
The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 to $150,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
