Role Objectives:

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and driving overall organizational success. This position requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR principles. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with leadership to implement HR initiatives that support the company's growth, employee engagement, and talent development.

Skill Requirements:

  • Results driven
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong mission of service orientation with the ability to be sensitive to our customers and apply the appropriate empathy and remain calm in stressful situations

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Employment and Labor Laws
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, demonstrating a strategic approach to HR management.

Education/Training
