Job description
Kelly Engineering is currently seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist in Victoria, Texas ! As of now, the role is expected to last roughly 6 months or so but could possibly get extended. Apply today for immediate consideration!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides a wide variety of secretarial/administrative support to leaders, employees, or groups in the organization, including receiving, screening, and directing incoming calls, visitors, mail and email.
Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
Maintains files (electronic), records, calendars, and diaries.
Arranges business travel, coordinates internal meetings and event arrangements, and/or tracks expenses
Monitors and tracks expenses against budgets and provides reports to cost center owner or budget manager
Maintains internal file shares and team communication mechanisms
May act as the department focal point with external vendors, contractors, or service providers
Manage badge access for employees and visitors
Order office supplies
Order supplies for office printers and copiers for F-Unit. Place service calls and follow-up & replace parts as needed
Organize meals for visitors / pick up meals if needed
Assists with Preparations for Anniversary's and Retirements
Mail responsibilities
Assists / Coordinates Near Neighbor Dinner
Assists / Coordinates Area Plant Manager's luncheon (DuPont)
Manage Library (electronic)
Files Documents Daily
Archives Materials
Annual reconciliation and building of annual binders
Updating Master Drawings in file room Library
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1-3 years of related experience
Proficiency within MS Office
Ability to work within a team environment
