Job Requirements
- More than 3-5 years of relevant work experience, undergraduate degree or above in administrative management is preferred;

Job description
- Standardize and improve the company's administrative management system, coordinate and promote implementation
- According to the company's business development needs, formulate corresponding administrative budget plans
- Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of logistics affairs, such as: staff catering, staff accommodation, vehicle management, environmental sanitation, fixed asset management, etc.;
- Responsible for administrative affairs, including foreign reception, employee business trips, visa processing and other affairs;
- Understand and meet the specific administrative needs of the business department, communicate effectively, and implement relevant administrative support;
- Complete other work arranged by the superior.
