*Sign On Bonus $1,500.00*
1/2 paid after 90 days of employment, reamining after 6 months

- Demonstrate knowledge of, and commitment to, agency mission and values.
- Promote the mission and values of HMEA through effective leadership.
- Maintain accurate and complete records and data necessary to meet the requirements of HMEA and other certifying or regulatory agencies.
- Manage program and consumer funds in accordance with HMEA policies and procedures.
- Maintain agency standards for confidentiality.
- Represent HMEA and the individuals supported in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Demonstrate effective use of analytical skills, past experience and logic in order to render sound and objective decisions.
- Promote teamwork; practice open communication and respect diversity.
- Hire, train and supervise support staff.
- Meet with support staff on a routine and regular basis as a group and individually.
- Develop schedules and opportunities for volunteer and/or community act ivies that are appropriate and meaningful to the individuals supported.
- Assist and guide support staff to develop skills required for professional growth .
- Ensure adequate staffing at all times.
- Ensure required documentation, including assessments and evaluations, in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate significant events to the Residential Coordinator in a timely manner .
- Complete required training and maintain certifications.
- Promote the health and well-being of the individual supported through ensuring quality health care and opportunities for healthy lifestyles and choices.
- Assist with the development and implementation of ISP goals and objectives , behavior support strategies and therapy services for individuals supported.
- Ensure the home is well maintained and promotes a positive image.
- Encourage and support individuals in making independent choices to the greatest extent possible.
- Support the individuals to develop and maintain desired relationships.
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Three years’ experience in MR/MH area preferred with supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license along with an acceptable driving status.
- Use of a reliable vehicle, which seats two passengers.
- Additional specific experience may be required .
