Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. Duties:
- Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels and goals.
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and preferences.
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and ensure safety during workouts.
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed.
- Provide education on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Personal training: Experience in designing and implementing effective exercise programs for individuals of varying fitness levels.
- Anatomy knowledge: Understanding of human anatomy and how it relates to exercise and movement.
- Physical education: Background in physical education or related field is preferred.
- Program design: Ability to create customized workout programs tailored to individual client goals.
- Age requirement of 25 and older.
CERTIFICATIONS: health and physical education certification, and CPR certification.
There will be a trainer's fee of $150.00 monthly. All their clients will have to have a membership but we will waive membership sign-up fee for all clients. All clients have to sign a waiver.
