Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Field Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

As the Field Sales Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns
• Train and onboard new sales representatives, providing ongoing support and guidance
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop targeted sales strategies
• Highly motivated and result-oriented
• Ability to travel extensively as needed to meet with clients and sales representatives.
