Associate Director Marketing Strategy
• Work effectively with the Director Marketing Strategy, ED Marketing Strategy SPOC and the HCP Marketer to project manage and develop the integrated brand marketing strategy and campaign grounded in customer insight for Kisqali in metastatic breast cancer and support patient marketing tactics (as needed) for Piqray.
• Collaborate with Director of Marketing Strategy and agency of record to develop engaging brand centered content and concepts for adaption into personalized and tailored experiences, including:

o Digital content

o Social Media

o Print

o Lead Generation and CRM

o Retargeting content and experiences


o Website content and platform transition
• Implement best in class digital marketing strategies that align to brand goals and maximize business results.
• Own and execute content, with AOR support, from concept through full material approval process through execution.
• Manage review and approval process of new, revised and expired content.
• Collaborate and participate as a high performing team member proactively collaborating and interfacing with cross functional team members to ensure brand strategy and tactics are delivered on time and on budget.
• Support and deliver the Patient integrated plan for the brand to achieve the Product strategy and objectives; define resourcing required and managing the allocated budget for Patient, collaborating effectively across strategic partners including Novartis Patient Services, Patient Engagement, Market Access and other functions.
• Drive excellence in developing lead assets for Patient (e.g., patient brochure/TV ad) through
• Manage budget and monthly receivables reporting with Director of Marketing Strategy and Finance
• Collaborate with Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy on shared tactics and deliverables
• Evaluate monthly/quarterly ATU and provide recommendations for enhanced tactics and improved patient awareness and adherence metrics.
• Assist in congress and event planning including 1H, 2H and internal meetings.
• Assist in creative development, including TVC and video production, and coordination of deliverables per media plan with CXP&O team.
• Assist in updating patient directed materials per label updates (as needed); Receive expiring assets, coordinate with all agency partners to assess which expiring assets need re-approval vs withdrawal. Trigger re-approvals in MAP or withdraw assets.
• Collaborate with HCP team on development of shared marketing tactics
• Take end to end ownership of projects when there are gaps in team
• Collaborate with Data Analytics & Insights on ongoing and planned market research and insights while providing recommendations for incorporation into marketing strategy.

Experience:

BA/BS

Understanding/work experience in Pharmaceutical industry

Prior work experience as Associate Director - Marketing Strategy

Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $62 - $72/hour

Contract: 6 months (Starting 12/1/23)
