Program Manager - Life Sciences We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support our customers in their digital transformation journey of manufacturing processes in the life sciences sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and implementation of digital systems and technologies to optimize operations and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities: - Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for life sciences manufacturing operations, in alignment with our customers' overall business objectives.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional project teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital systems projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and implement solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all digital systems and processes comply with industry regulations, including FDA guidelines and GxP requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital initiatives, ensuring that data security, integrity, and system reliability are maintained.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for digital system projects, providing regular updates and cost analysis to senior management.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital systems, providing regular reports to demonstrate the impact on manufacturing operations.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new digital technologies among the workforce.
- Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, overseeing procurement processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of digital system professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success in project delivery.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in life sciences manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of GxP, FDA regulations, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and the ability to apply them effectively to project management.
- Experience with digital technologies, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Internet of Things (IoT), data analytics, and automation.
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.
