Job description
Responsibilities:
- Taking vital signs, developing strong working relationship with the persons served and their care team.
- Reviewing and maintaining the schedules to ensure quality care.
- On site triage support for admin team, to assess person served needs, in order to implement procedures or provide education in support of the medication treatment plan.
- Maintain medical records in accordance with regulatory agencies.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am – 4 pm or 9 am – 5 pm.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Certificate in Medical Assisting
Experience in psychiatry population preferred
