Job Title : Project Coordinator Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting efforts, including sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
• Support the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
• Escort testers and new hires to the jobsite, providing necessary guidance and assistance.
• Collaborate with the project coordinator on day-to-day tasks and special projects.
• Maintain flexibility in working hours to accommodate the dynamic needs of the projects.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the project coordinator or management.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Prior experience in recruiting or project coordination is a plus.
