ADECCO CURRENTLY IS HIRING FOR A FINANCE MANAGER FOR ONE OUR TOP CLIENTS!
Location: Morristown, NJ Hybrid
Pay rate range: $81.52/hr to $81.52/hr
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial reports and associated analyses including Net Sales Commentary, Monthly performance review, budget/forecast presentations
• Consolidate customer sales data for eCommerce team
• Work with People & Culture to make any necessary corrections on a monthly basis to ensure accurate headcount tracking
• Manage any Audit requests through Connect
• Analysis and tracking of quarterly royalty payments
• Prepare and submit supporting documentation to invoice
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or in Finance is required.
MBA and/or CPA is preferred.
8+ years of work experience preferably in Corporate Finance or Accounting environment. High level of financial information systems knowledge: preferably SAP, TM1 and HFM. Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment; able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (presentation, listening and written)
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles: IFRS and US GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills. Must be able to download data and use pivot tables, V-look ups, macros, etc. SAP and TM1 preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to organize, manage and prioritize deadlines.
• System/tools intermediate capabilities (TM1/SAP/BW, dashboard, Excel/PowerPoint)
Pay Details: $81.52 per hour
