Job description

Atlantic Health System, one of the largest non-profit healthcare networks in New Jersey, is actively recruiting a Primary Care physician with specialization in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to become a valuable member of Atlantic Medical Group (AMG) Primary Care at Paramus. This opportunity is well-suited for a motivated and proficient physician eager to contribute to a newly established and well-supported practice.

This role is primarily Monday-Friday apart from one four-hour shift per month on a Saturday (hours will be given back during the week). There are also minimal evenings and limited at home call responsibilities. The preferred candidate will play a key role in fostering the growth of AMG Primary Care in Paramus by actively participating in local and community events within Bergen County

Responsibilities:

• Prompt and complete attention to all patient care needs including diagnosis, treatment, and the performance of medical procedures (within their scope of practice).
• Employing quality and process improvement techniques.
• Collaboration, communication, and coordination with all physicians and healthcare personnel caring for patients.
• Efficient use of departmental, hospital, and healthcare resources.
