Responsibilities

Client consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized advice.

Inbound calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing client questions and offering suitable solutions.

Policy customization: Design and recommend insurance plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by suggesting bundled or additional coverage.

Relationship building: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Continuous learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the insurance industry to provide informed guidance.

Requirements

- Must possess an active insurance license

- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
