Job description
NSF is seeking a Global Talent Manager to contribute to a high purpose, high performance culture by actively leading core talent initiatives. This role will strategically partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization to enable our team members and manage our overall talent pipeline through our people processes. The Talent Manager will support the continued implementation of talent strategy and maturation over time. Aiming to continuously elevate the employee experience, this role will support the build and run of programs that drive sustainable business value across the employee experience and unlock employee potential. Areas of focus include talent acquisition strategy, performance management, talent reviews, the ongoing growth and development of people leaders, and employee career pathways. People are our greatest asset and an innovative approach to talent will enable NSF to be a talent destination.
