*MUST have outsides sales experience and experience with insurances claims and/or sales commercially *

Salary: $65-75,000 plus commission

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM

Location: Brockton, MA

Duration: permanent role with benefits

What’s a typical day as a Business Development Representative? You’ll be:

• Building relationships and rapport while educating customers in the Insurance Sector on SERVPRO® and the restoration industry

• Executing sales routes with clear objectives and documenting your progress

• Maintaining assigned contact lists and detailed records in our CRM

• Participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses

• Hosting and attending community events to represent and promote the brand

• Pursuing leads after hours when disaster strikes to offer relief and assistance

• Completing Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discussing the benefits of emergency event preparation

• Monitoring and following up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met

• Increasing sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have proven sales experience, preferably in restoration (fire, water) and/or the insurance business (huge plus!)

• Possess superb customer service skills, follow-through, independence, and organization

• Have outside sales experience

• Have prior experience with property management

• Bring a high-energy approach to relationship building
