Senior End User Device Tech- Full-Time

Position Description

The Senior End User Device Technician is a highly-visible member of the IT team who is experienced in hardware and software support to end users of computers, printers, mobile devices and related peripherals at AU Health. Responsible for life cycle technology refresh and net new technology provisioning and deployments of end user device technology in healthcare environment. Develops and reviews processes for tagging technology equipment with asset tags, recording assets, imaging, updating, deploying and surplus of all AU Health end user technology. Mentors other end user device team members.

Position Requirements

Associates Degree and 3 years or more of experience in End User Device Support. Additional years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of minimum education requirement. Skills required: Communication to technical and nontechnical audiences (written and verbal); Experienced with software, hardware, network applications, desktop applications, Apple and Microsoft products; Organizational, Self Motivation and Time Management; Mentoring; Troubleshooting.

Preferred Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 5 years or more of experience in End User Device Support in Healthcare Environment. Certification(s) preferred: CompTIA A+, MCP, ACMT, ITIL.
