Position Overview: 

We are seeking a Membership Director of a CEO LIFE social club to play the critical role of leading and overseeing the operations, growth, and engagement of a local chapter within our larger membership footprint. This role requires a highly networked, motivated and organized individual with strong leadership, sales, communication, and networking skills. The Membership Director is responsible for fostering a sense of community among members and promoting our club's mission and values within their local area.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Growth & Retention

• Our digital marketing drives 5 or 6 scheduled appointments a day local in your city. You're responsible for evaluating the application, explaining our value proposition and closing the sale of members that would be an excellent fit for the local chapter. Sales can be closed on a zoom meeting, in person or whatever it takes to accommodate our leads into new wonderful members. Primarily, we need a closer!
• Implement strategies to retain and engage existing members.
• Promote the club's mission, values, and initiatives within the local business community.
• Advocate for the interests of chapter members at the club's national level.

Leadership & Strategy

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the local chapter.
• Develop and execute chapter-specific goals and initiatives aligned with the club's overall mission.

Member Relationship Management & Engagement

• Meeting new members for coffee, developing relationships and creating organic referral growth within the organization.
• Foster a strong sense of community among chapter members.
• Facilitate networking opportunities and connections between members.

Event Collaboration & Execution

• Organize and collaborate with our local event planner, chapter meetings, events, and activities.
• Collaborate with the club's headquarters and regional event planners to ensure chapter events align with the organization's standards and objectives.

• Communication, Reporting & Documentation:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the chapter, its members and the club's headquarters.
• Regularly communicate with chapter members, providing updates, announcements, and relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records of chapter activities, membership data, and financial transactions.
• Submit defined reports to the club's headquarters.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership and sales experience, preferably in a business or networking context.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and engage members.
• Knowledge of the local business community and a network of professional contacts.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Enthusiasm for the club's mission and values.
• Availability to attend and oversee chapter meetings and events.

The role of a Membership Director in a local chapter for a CEO LIFE is crucial in driving the success and growth of the local chapter and, by extension, the larger organization. Compensation : Will be salary, commission, commission on retention and benefits. The opportunity for advancement is significant in this role.
