About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Influencer Marketer position to join our Social Media team. In this role you will develop and execute strategies to identify and engage with high-quality creators that are well aligned to each brand and grow our community of influencers through strong relationship building.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Identification and recommendation of high-quality paid influencer partnerships that are strategically aligned to our brands, marketing goals and campaigns
- Build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Establish an internal model for influencer compensation evaluation that sets pricing benchmarks for future planning and tracking of ROI
- Management and execution of in-house paid influencer campaigns including strategic brief, campaign shortlisting, influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, creative briefs, product education, store visits/fitting and content submission
- Negotiating all partner agreements while working closely with Social Media Managers to secure paid usage rights.
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
- Develop, track, and maintain influencer and creator databases
- Analyze & report on the performance to quantify the effective of campaigns and drive scalable learnings to apply to future campaigns.
- Monitor and manage budget allocated to content creation including collaboration with Social Media Manager on influencer budgets.
What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in Fashion, Retail or Social with at least 3 years in influencer marketing role
- A balance of strong organizational, project management, and excellent design aesthetic are required
- Excellent capability with building both internal and external relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Influencer contracts and usage agreements
- Strong collaborator who takes direction well and is a team-player
- Able to multitask and pivot quickly and adapt easily to strategy or deadline changes
- Knowledge of category (major competitors, target users, industry trends)
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to build and give impactful and influential presentations
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with TTCX, TTCM and Grin preferred
- Experience working with Micro, Macro and Celebrity level Influencers
- Experience with ‘Grin’ platform an asset
- Experience working within both the United States and Canada an asset
- Must be collaborative with cross functional colleagues

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote location in Canada.
