Job description
A 330-bed not-for-profit hospital is seeking a hospitalist for locum tenens coverage. The facility leads the region in heart and vascular services, critical care, and complex and minimally invasive surgical procedures. The hospital offers a designated Level III Trauma Program, Accredited Chest Pain Center, and Centers of Excellence in the areas of obstetrics, bariatric surgery, robotic surgery, minimally invasive gynecology, and breast health.Top sights to see in Northern Louisiana include the Gardens of the American Rose, Kisatchie National Forest, and Lake Claiborne State Park!The schedule is night shift. The clinician will be rounding and admitting (round-robin style) in an open ICU. The facility will have a total of 180 patients per day for the entire team. The clinician will be attending codes for patients but not primary.
