Job description

OCES supports elders and a dults with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services that promote healthy and safe lives for our consumers.

We are seeking a Home Care Intake Program Assistant to provide administrative support to the Home Care department's Intake Team and perform related functions as assigned by the program management .

What you will do:

• Provide telephone coverage.
• Communicate with the program management regarding information related to file set up, issues with completed paperwork, and quality of referrals being submitted.
• Review and correct data for new consumers within record system.
• Provide accurate reports as needed.
• Assist staff in sending and submitting Waiver paperwork for consumers.

• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to respect privacy and confidentiality.
• Ability to deal effectively with statistical and financial data
• Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associates Degree preferred
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
