Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a well established company in the construction industry that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Office Administrator opportunity near West Palm Beach, FL.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day office operations, maintaining company records, answering phone calls, and communicating across the organization.

Office Administrator Details: - Check purchase orders received from customers for errors
- Receive and schedule warranty repair requests
- Enter new customer jobs into Quick Books
- Answering/Directing customer's phone calls
- Establishes and maintains a variety of files and records & creating purchase orders to send to supplier
Office Administrator Qualifications: - Efficient computer skills & good communication are a must
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
