About the Role
Functional responsibility within the US Operations Finance organization supporting Main Battle Tank and Foreign Military Service Programs to include the following:
- Lead financial analysis including variance analysis, cost impact, and identification of risks and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly forecasts of orders, sales, earnings, and cash.
- Consolidate and report financial information supporting internal and external deliverables.
- Develop Estimates at Completion working collaboratively to optimize program profitability.
- Actively partner with program teams to provide actionable analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications Sought
- Bachelor's degree in business is required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, capable to clearly explain and influence complex financial ideas and recommendations across all levels of the organization.
- Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning.
- Innovation and results oriented, able to anticipate issues and work independently with ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion preferred.
