Job description
• Lead Core Deal Team in the development and analysis of new consumer lending partnership opportunities and renewals of current partners, including:
• Facilitate the development of the business case
• Execute deal modelling and analytics
• Collaboration with each business function on deal process
• Support Finance for Deal Approval Committee meeting
• Provide analysis of deal structures, including review of prior deal structures and creation of alternative deal structures
• Identify and provide strategic or transformational guidance to business segments in need of operational and profitability improvement
• Ensuring everything is done in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Four-year college degree; MBA preferred
• Expert experience in consumer financial services Industry
• Strong experience in Private Label, Co-brand, or Point of Sale consumer lending deal analysis

Located on the Wilmington Riverfront, our US Consumer Bank headquarters boasts onsite amenities such as a full-service café, coffee bar, health care center, and gym. Our recently renovated facilities include modern, ergonomic stand-optional workstations and plenty of comfortable collaboration space. Our operating model is currently hybrid with colleagues coming into the office Tuesday through Thursday. We’re located right off Route 95 with adjacent garage parking and are just a short walk along the river from the Wilmington, DE train station which supports Amtrak and SEPTA rail lines.
