What You Will Achieve

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Project and Contract Management the Capital Project Management Lead is a key strategic role for the successful delivery of the Andover capital plan. The Capital Project Management Lead is responsible for ensuring the capital needs of each business function are met through resource management, optimized work practices and the implementation of best-in-class capital management systems.

The Capital Project Management Lead will ensure alignment of the capital plan with the requirements of each functional area in terms of departmental goals and objectives, customer needs, technology objectives, and company goals. The Capital Project Management Lead will partner with Continuous Improvement (CI) champions within the relevant disciplines to continually look to improve work processes within the project delivery lifecycle to align the Andover site for successful delivery of multifaceted and complex projects.

Standard Monday - Friday on 1st shift. Travel to other Pfizer locations will be required periodically as part of this role.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $109,400.00 to $182,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
