We are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, success-minded, client-focused leader with five years or more experience in veterinary medicine to fulfill this exciting role and take the practice to a great level of success! If you want to see an animal hospital flourish under your leadership with your ideas and experience, here is your chance to turn things around and make this place shine!

The Role Essential Responsibilities

-Supporting DVMs to develop an understanding and best practices of how behaviors impact revenue.
-Provide DVM's one-on-one development supporting quarterly production, reviewing production performance, and coaching for improvement.
-Work with the Hospital manager on weekly priorities and expectations
-Meet regularly with the hospital manager to review controllable costs: DVM and Support Payroll Inventory.
-Work in collaboration with the hospital manager to maintain and build our relationships with the referring community.
-Evaluate and monitor protocols for daily running/flow of the hospital from intake to discharge.
-Play a significant part in the decision-making process and implementation of any new initiatives within their hospital.

Client Focus Responsibilities

-Medical Director providing clinical, surgical, and specialty responsibilities (60-80% of the time)
-Examine, diagnose, and treats animals surgically or medically
-Operate medical equipment
-Client communication about care, medical conditions, and treatments
-Prescribe medication
