We are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, success-minded, client-focused leader with five years or more experience in veterinary medicine to fulfill this exciting role and take the practice to a great level of success! The Role Essential Responsibilities
-Supporting DVMs to develop an understanding and best practices of how behaviors impact revenue.
-Provide DVM's one-on-one development supporting quarterly production, reviewing production performance, and coaching for improvement.
-Work with the Hospital manager on weekly priorities and expectations
-Meet regularly with the hospital manager to review controllable costs: DVM and Support Payroll Inventory.
-Work in collaboration with the hospital manager to maintain and build our relationships with the referring community.
-Evaluate and monitor protocols for daily running/flow of the hospital from intake to discharge.
-Play a significant part in the decision-making process and implementation of any new initiatives within their hospital.

-Medical Director providing clinical, surgical, and specialty responsibilities (60-80% of the time)
-Examine, diagnose, and treats animals surgically or medically
-Operate medical equipment
-Client communication about care, medical conditions, and treatments
