Tech USA is currently recruiting for an experienced Pipe Foreman, for a local site-work contractor in Charlotte, NC.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and leading pipe team and working with project team to build a safe, high quality, profitable project.
• Lead pipe crew from top to bottom.
• Oversee 4-6 pipe laborers.
• Sets, communicates, and enforces production goals and schedules with crew.
• Ensures team executes plan developed by Project Manager and Superintendents.
• Implements effective cost controls over labor, material, equipment, and other related expenditures for self-performed construction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a foreman leading pipe crews installing sewage, storm water, and water pipe on commercial site-work or highway construction projects
• Knowledge of plans and specs
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operations
• Knowledge of OSHA Safety regulations
• Experienced with daily and look ahead planning of activities including labor, equipment, and materials 
• Experienced with quantity tracking and cost reporting
• Valid driver's license with good Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug test

• Ability to bring a pipe crew with you
