Job description
Gateway Security is looking to immediately hire a dinamic Customer Service/Administrator to join our Corporate Office team.
- Partners with Operations ManagerĀ
- Provides day to day general administrative supportĀ
- Assist in training new Security Officers with the supervision of Operations Mngt
- Answer phone calls and monitor camerasĀ
- Access Control
- Conducts required tours
- Provides Customer Service
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail, internet, etc.).
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and to help identify and solve problems.
- Comfortable with accepting directives
- Must have reliable, appropriate transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed (during special projects).
- Conduct and represent themselves in a professional manner
- Has a friendly and professional demeanor and provides quality customer service.
