Job description
Job Title: Plant Manager
Team/Department: Manufacturing
Location: Upper Sandusky, OH (On-site)
Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000
- You are responsible for the safe, cost effective and efficient production of the manufacturing operation
- You develop and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- You monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards
- You provide leadership and training to all staff to accomplish company goals and objectives
- 3+ years in Manufacturing Management - Bachelors in related field, preferred
- Acquire high energy level and drive required to proactively execute on production management responsibilities without constant supervision
- Proficient in all Windows based programs and familiar with ERP and MES Systems
- Happy to commute to our feed manufacturing facility located in Upper Sandusky, OH
- Competitive base salary: $90,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
