Job description
CAD Drafter fully onsite out of Longwood, FL
Terms: 6 months contract to hire
Pay range is 30.00/HR -30.00/HR
Location: Longwood, FL
Main things: CAD Drafter with AutoCAD and Revit experience must have some sort of structural engineering knowledge. This work will be done on commercial buildings
Qualifications
- 5+ years working in a qualified Architectural firm with experience working with Commercial construction projects
- Heavy focus on Structural Engineering
- Must have Revit Experience
- Experience in light commercial is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency of all aspects of Construction Document development and oversight including both Architectural and Structural components.
- Excellent communication skills is a must. Ability to respond to emails quickly, accurately and grammatically from clients. This is a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
