Job description
We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for design, planning, safety, and maintenance of facility infrastructure as well as manufacturing/production equipment and systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Mechanical responsibilities for facilities equipment, machinery, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
· Conduct facility inspections and/or equipment condition assessments to determine necessary modifications, including repair work and replacements/capital improvements
· Predictive, preventive, and proactive maintenance analysis
· Designing and implementing long-term continuous improvement applications and systems to enhance facility and/or production reliability and infrastructure specific elements of quality system compliance
· Documents and reports issues to provide a safe and reliable environment
· Technical roles with responsibility for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and production/manufacturing equipment
· Work with and support site EHS function as necessary
· Manage outside contractor support and services
· Oversee, plan, and execute all facility maintenance work order requests
· Other duties assigned
