Position Summary:
Join our team at Seed to Table and thrive as a Little Farm Associate, embodying a diverse range of attributes to the success of our Guest, Customer, and Associate experience, including:

Essential Qualifications:
The following qualifications are essential for success as a Little Farm Associate:
- Dedication to creating exceptional experiences for children, ensuring their joy and satisfaction during every visit.
- Comfortable monitoring and ensuring the safety of children while they play.
- Foster a positive team environment among fellow associates, contributing to a welcoming and playful atmosphere.
- Effectively communicate with children and associates to ensure smooth play sessions and a delightful experience for all.
- Thrive in a dynamic and energetic play environment, adept at managing busy periods and ensuring every child’s safety and happiness.
- Previous experience in customer service/ childcare or related fields a plus.
- Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is a must.

- Endurance for Child Interaction: Ability to engage with children for extended periods, ensuring consistent supervision and support.
- Leadership in Little Farm Area: Set a standard of excellence in creating engaging activities and maintaining a safe environment for children.
- Climbing and Stooping: Comfortable with climbing throughout the play course to assist children and ensure their safety.
- Keen Observation: Maintain sharp observation skills to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Clear Communication: Effective communication with children, parents, and fellow associates is essential for facilitating enjoyable play experiences and addressing any concerns.
- Manual Dexterity: Your skilled hands adeptly handle toys and play equipment, ensuring everything is arranged and maintained for optimal play experiences.
