Job description

Vista Health System is a community healthcare provider; a network that includes Vista Medical East campus and the Vista Lindenhurst campus that includes Vista Ambulatory Care Center, Lindenhurst Surgery Center, LLC, a freestanding Emergency Center and the Medical Office Building. The Vista Health system also has several locations for imaging, patient therapy and physician offices throughout Lake County, Illinois.

Vista Health System's New Family Center, recently remodeled to "boutique-style" birthing center and offers beautiful new labor & delivery suites, all-private rooms and expanded special nursery. Vista Health System is interested in hiring a Registered Nurse / RN Labor & Delivery unit who is looking to broaden his/her skills and gain valuable experience working in a community hospital that worked hard to achieve status as certified Centers of Excellence in numerous critical areas of patient care.

**Shift – Full Time Nights (12 hour shift) 7:00am - 7:30pm

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse in state of Illinois.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• CPR, NRP certified. ACLS, PALS preferred.
• 2+ years hospital experience as a postpartum nurse, preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Outstanding record in patient and family satisfaction.
