Job description
Large, well-established asset management company in the South Bay area of Los Angeles seeks Corporate Paralegal for hybrid position, working 3 days in office and 2 days at home. Paralegal should have at least 5 stable years, focusing on review and negotiation of contracts, NDAs, corporate agreements and transactional documents, complex corporate structuring and preparation of organizational and governing documents (including operating agreements, resolutions, incumbency certificates, etc.) for corporations, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies, coordinating pending litigation with counsel and insurance carriers, and record maintenance and organization across the real estate fund platforms. Knowledge of real estate documents is a big plus, but not required. Base salary range for this position is $150-175k and possibly higher, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
