Ideal candidates are AMCB certified with at least 1 year of active practice or extensive labor and delivery (L&D) experience. Also, have an active or in-process California license and full schedule DEA. The ideal nurse midwife is team-oriented, a partner in clinical education and has superior communication skills. As a clinician led organization, TeamHealth offers flexibility in scheduling, no billing or coding responsibilities and dedicated educational programs.
