We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Executive Assistant to support our client, a top-producing Sotheby’s agent. If you are a dynamic administrative leader who knows your strengths are in supporting others, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make an impact!

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 plus an opportunity for a regular bonus
Benefits: Vacation Time, Sick Pay, Holidays
Hours: 9-6, M-F, with some flexibility during the evenings and weekends for urgent business needs.
Location: Ocala, FL. You live within a 40-minute commute to Ocala. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver's license, and you carry insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize real estate documents
- Coordinate appointments, schedules, and meetings for agent
- Communicate with clients and provide timely updates on transactions
- Maintain client database and streamline lead follow-up
- Support transactions by coordinating with title companies, lenders, and agents
- Create newsletters and marketing materials to support business
Qualifications:
Applicants seeking a position as a stepping-stone into sales---this is not the job for you.
- 2 + years experience supporting a real estate agent, team, or office in a similar capacity
- Proficient with database management
- Familiar with real estate transactions or ability to learn new processes
- Exceptional customer service experience
- An active FL real estate license is preferred but not required; however, you must be willing to obtain your FL real estate license shortly after hire to support your agent, not sell real estate
