Are you passionate about helping the patients who need you most? Would you enjoy the opportunity to operate at the top of your license, as part of a multi-disciplinary team with the best support staff in the industry?
As a Physician in this organization, your patients will benefit from a unique care model that helps alleviate the complexity of navigating the existing healthcare system. In this model, you work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide longitudinal care, connecting the various providers and clinicians, and ensuring the patient is treated wholly for their needs.
Your counterparts are the best in the industry, and include behavioral health, nutrition, medical and case management team members.
As a Physician on this team, you will help patients with multiple medically complex chronic illnesses. This role requires highly skilled Physicians who are comfortable making decisions autonomously when necessary. Physicians on this team are challenged to perform at their best every single day.

You will be able to identify the factors limiting their ability to recover, and help the patient understand the actions needed to make long-term, life-changing improvements.
Take your seat at the table alongside a team of clinicians passionate about fixing our broken system of healthcare in a revolutionary way. You will have a voice alongside the foremost leaders in the industry, who are dedicated to this mission. The camaraderie among this team, and the stories of patients whose lives have forever been changed, will inspire you daily and remind you of why you got into medicine in the first place.
