A growing, successful medical company with multiple locations along the Gulf Coast of Florida. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, outgoing, and organized individual to help grow the clinic through interactions with patients, admin, and scheduling responsibilities. You will be directly involved with patients and office staff and must be able to maintain a professional attitude at all times. The ideal candidate is one who is capable of meeting and connecting with new people, caring, genuinely enjoys interacting with people, has high energy, and is result-oriented. You must also be organized, a self-starter, and appreciate accountability.
The position is fully trainable, although previous medical office / customer service experience is a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
What Will You Do?
- Requires effective communication skills for working with patients, families, caregivers, and departmental and interdepartmental relationships.
- Requires competency in assisting doctor with daily care and patient therapy as delegated.
- Communicates to doctor on patient performance, condition and participation during delegated patient care activities.
- Defers any information requests from patients, visitors etc. regarding the patient's condition, diagnosis, prognosis, progress, plan of care or discharge plan to doctor.
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
