Job description
The App Product Manager will report directly to the Product Development Manager. Their primary responsibilities include offering technical assistance to the Research and Development division in the implementation, integration, and setup of IoT solutions, all while maintaining a focus on optimizing the efficiency of product line development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the mobile app architecture for Android, iOS, cloud-based security devices, as well as Polaroid/Kodak digital camera and printing products, among other responsibilities.
- Supervise multiple projects spanning various phases of mobile app development.
- Offer technical support for product development, IoT implementation, protocol utilization, and software integration.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, address software bugs, and leverage frameworks to enhance app performance.
- Conduct quality assurance assessments on new IoT device orders and analyze customer device usage data within the IoT ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot issues related to customer IoT devices and access to cloud-based technologies.
- Conduct a thorough feasibility analysis while collaborating with the delivery, technology, and UX/UI teams to establish practical release timelines for the App. This involves identifying business value, setting priorities, and defining the minimum viable product (MVP) version of the App.
- Deconstruct program specifications into discrete components and convert logical concepts into a programming language to formulate user stories and product features.
- Transform designs and wireframes into high-quality, high-performance interface designs through the use of XML, and create prototypes for the app.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support environment; a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with Android/IOS/IOT Devices.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Robust technical aptitude and familiarity with electronics and related terminology.
- Comprehensive understanding of the IoT aspects of the entire product line, encompassing software, hardware, equipment, and services, to facilitate programming, testing, and installation of all products

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
