As a Software Engineer , you will develop and maintain new and existing Dashboards for the Compliance Office and Litigation in the Office of the General Council. The scope of this project is to Develop new Dashboards, Enhancements to the existing Dashboards, and provide support for the existing Dashboards for OGC Portfolio (Litigation, Compliance Office). These Dashboards are highly visible to OGC General Council and Senior Leadership. New Dashboards are part of OGC lean priorities and Ford+ plans to efficiently manage legal spend across OGC Portfolio.

What you’ll be able to do:
+ Able to work with Business Teams/ Product Owners to understand the business requirements, translate and develop linked visualizations, Develop new Dashboards in Qlik Sense/ QlikView/ Alteryx
+ Able to understand business requirements and produce quick creative solutions with linked visualizations and conduct Pock for new Dashboards in Qlik Sense/ QlikView/ Alteryx
+ Able to connect with live data from the Hadoop data sources to build the Dashboard in Qlik Sense/ QlikView
+ Able to work with IT Operations/shared service teams for developing and implementing solutions, conduct ( UAT ) user acceptance tests, and provide the daily status
+ Able to work with Product Owner, Product Manager, and Anchor in backlog grooming to create new features/ user stories in rally
The minimum requirements we seek:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience
+ 6+ years of experience working with QlikSense
+ Ability to derive, define, and explicitly represent various artifacts and results.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills including leading problem-solving teams.
+ Self-starter: ability to work both independently and with a team.
+ Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational boundaries.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience working in a Product Driven Agile Organization.
+ 4+ years of experience with Alteryx
+ 4+ years of experience with Cloud Native app development, GCP services or VMWare TAS Platform
+ 4+ years of experience working with CI/CD (e.g. Tekton / Jenkins)
Our preferred qualifications:
+ Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience
+ 6+ years of experience working with Spring Boot
+ 8+ years of experience working with Java
