Job description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team at Globe Life American Income SSPS. This is a remote-based individual contributor role that offers a competitive uncapped commission opportunity. As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time, remote-based position with the potential for growth and development within our company.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive first year income of $75,000 to $100,000 first year

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas
- Educate clients about insurance options and policies
- Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns
- Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to effectively close deals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales-related activities
- Collaborate with team members to reach departmental goals and objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Active state insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule effectively
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Detail-oriented and able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, but not required
- Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer or laptop
